The O2 Centre in Finchley Road is a modern shopping complex that offers a wide variety of shops as well as a cinema and gymnasium. Kilburn High Road in West Hampstead has a vast and diverse range of shops, with at least three supermarkets, Sainsbury's, Marks and Spencer and a Tesco Express, along with a number of independent butchers, grocery and green-grocery shops. Hampstead High Street on the other hand is home to a wide number of fashion designer boutiques as well as the usual shopping outlets such as Waterstone's, The Bodyshop, Jessop's, Rymans and Boots the Chemist. Also based in the High Street and extremely popular with the local residents is the Hampstead Community Market which sells a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables and also boasts a fishmongers and delicatessen.

Agnes B - 58-62 Heath Street

Formerly a buyer and designer for Dorothée Bis, the Paris ready-to-wear house, Agnès Troublé went on to created her own self-named brand. By taking the B from Bourgeois, her first husband's surname, Agnès opened her first boutique in Les Halles, Paris in 1975. Today she has outlets in America, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and China and has expanded her range to include accessories such as bags, belts, shoes, sunglasses and jewellery. Designing for men and women, her unconventional style is modern, simple and elegant with classic designs that can be worn year after year. Among her loyal customers are musician David Bowie and French product designer Philippe Starck. Personally designing everything that carries her name, Agnes B has now promoted cosmetic and perfumery lines for a number of her shops.

Hobbs - 15 High Street

This highly innovative company opened its first shop in Hampstead in 1981. With over one hundred branches throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland, it is one of the most acknowledged and respected names on the high street today. Nicole Farhi - 27 High Street

A Jewish French fashion designer of Algerian descent, Nicole Farhi created her own fashion label in 1983. The last twenty years has seen the development of Nicole Farhi into one of the United Kingdom's leading designer names, with a unique blend of easy-to-wear laid-back clothes for both men and women. Quality, soft to the touch fabrics in crisp, fresh colours are made into a superb range of desirable and luxurious creations. Having won the British Classics award in in 1989 as well as the Contemporary Collections in 1995, 1996 and 1997, Nicole Farhi was also named Menswear Designer of the year at the FHM awards in 2000, British designer of the year at the Maxim awards in 2001 and has recently received a 'Fifi' award for Nicole Farhi Homme. In October 2007 Nicole Farhi received a C.B.E in recognition of her contribution to the British Retail Industry.
